Danny Mainis is a talented personal injury attorney at the Sacramento law firm of Del Rio & Caraway, P.C. He uses a client-centric approach to casework that not only puts their worries at ease but also helps strengthen the case. To quote Danny: “My goal has been, and will always be, to help people.”
Years ago, Danny was injured in a rear-end uninsured motorist accident caused by an impaired driver. He was disappointed and disheartened when his auto insurance company had no intention of helping him get the help, care, and compensation that he needed, so he went to an attorney. The incredible work done by that lawyer, which secured compensation and put his worries at ease, left Danny inspired. He knew from that moment that he had to become a compassionate and effective personal injury attorney for the wrongfully injured.
Attorney Mainis is proud to have already built such an impressive career for himself as a practicing attorney. He was part of a group to discuss clean transportation and renewable energy grid solutions with utility corporations and government offices, including Dutch Parliament members. At his new home, Del Rio & Caraway, P.C., he was promoted to the pre-litigation department head within months of joining the firm.
Danny attended California State University Sacramento, where he graduated summa cum laude. He completed his J.D. and graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific: McGeorge School of Law.
Danny is an avid bodybuilder who has competed and placed first in four competitions in class physique. For vacations, he loves to travel. He has been to Mexico, Canada, France, England, Holland, Belgium, Monaco, and the Bahamas. Anyone who knows of another incredible travel destination for globetrotters should feel free to tell Danny.
