Attorney David Trent has more than a decade of legal experience focused on injury claims, as both a plaintiff’s lawyer and a defendant’s attorney for car accident cases.
He has acted as the lead legal advocate for individuals, corporations, and religious institutions alike in a variety of complex case types, including construction defects and law enforcement disputes.
Before attending law school, David was a Legislative Assistant in the Oregon House of Representatives. Today, he uses his unique insight and skills gained through his career history to solely act as the legal representatives of the wrongfully injured.

David’s educational career began at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1998, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. He would later graduate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005, which is the same graduating class as Attorney Del Rio.
