Dan Del Rio Article Featured in CCTLA Newsletter “The Litigator”

Daniel Del Rio, Partner at Del Rio & Caraway, P.C., wrote an article which was featured in “The Litigator.” The Litigator is a newsletter that is published by the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA). It is a resource for lawyers to learn about various legal topics.

He provides tips to readers related to copayment maximums, limits on rates of reimbursement of the plan, emergency care, federal, pre-emption, and other associated topics.
