Attorney Chuck Caraway Earns 2021 Super Lawyers® Rising Stars Recognition, Marking a 5th Consecutive Year

In the 2021 edition, Attorney Caraway earned Rising Stars recognition for his work in the category of “Personal Injury - General: Plaintiff” in Sacramento, California. We congratulate him on this major accomplishment! Annually, no more than 2.5% of all attorneys in the U.S. are awarded Rising Stars recognition.

What Is Rising Stars?

Rising Stars is an annual register developed by Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters subsidiary, to showcase renowned, accomplished early career attorneys from over 70 areas of legal practice. (Super Lawyers® also develops the Super Lawyers® register each year, which is reserved for mid- to late-career attorneys.) To be eligible for Rising Stars, attorneys must be nominated for consideration by a third party, such as a peer, a client, or the Super Lawyers® research department.

After nomination, attorneys must undergo two intensive reviews. The first is an independent review in which the Super Lawyers® research department evaluates listees on a dozen categories meant to be indicative of their success in the legal profession. These categories include case results, representative clients, community work, bar activity, work experience, and more.

The second review is a Blue Ribbon Review conducted by a panel of top-rated attorneys. Each panelist will review Super Lawyers® candidates within their areas of legal practice. This ensures that the published register only includes attorneys respected by their peers and the legal community at large.
